How long does it take to repair (insert plumbing problem)?
Repair time depends on the item being fixed and how much work it takes to repair it properly. Each job is different and the technician will be able to give you an idea of how much work is involved when he looks at the job.
What is the average time to replace (insert plumbing problem)?
Again, each job is different but we can give you a general idea of how much time it will take when our technician arrives.
What times can you come out?
We have emergency service available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and our regular hours of operation are from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We will be happy to come and bail you out, so to speak, whenever you have a problem.
Will you install the part if I buy it?
Yes we will install parts that you purchase but if you allow us to provide the materials and fixtures we will also provide a warranty for them. The products we carry are top of the line which in the long run is cheaper. If you buy a part and something goes wrong with it the expense is your's.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes we do.
What schedule times are available?
What time would you like? We schedule appointments from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and other times on request.
Do you give estimates?
Yes we give free estimates just call us to set up a consultation.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry $1,000,000 (one million dollars) in liability insurance. As a responsible company we have always carried insurance, long before it was recently required by the Texas Legislature.
I have never used your company before, can you bill me?
When the technician completes the work you requested he will collect for the job. We accept cash, checks with ID, and all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
How late do you work?
We will work until the job is done. We also offer 24 hour service 7 days a week. To keep them rested and on top of their game we try to limit our technicians to regular business hours (8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday).
Do you have (insert part name here) with you, or do you have to pick it up?
There are thousands of faucets and millions of plumbing parts so it is impossible to carry every item available. However our trucks are well stocked with everything a plumber might reasonably expect to encounter in a normal day's work. We also have accounts at every plumbing wholesale house in town so we have quick access to every type of part and plumbing fixture available.
Do you work on water heaters?
Yes we do. As a matter of fact we are the factory service for all the major manufacturers of water heaters including AO Smith, Rheem, and State.
Can you replace a sewer line?
Yes we can. We repair all aspects of your plumbing from your the house side of your water meter to the city's sewer tap and every washer and valve in between. Call us and we'll come out and give you an estimate to replace your sewer line or any other work you may be considering.
Can you locate a leak in sewer or water lines?
Yes we can. We do hydrostatic testing and location and repair of slab leaks. We have years of experience and the latest proven equipment to assist us in finding leaks and broken sewer and water lines.
Do you do remodeling work?
Yes we do. We have a specific department devoted to only remodeling. Our remodel plumbers have years of experience, are up to date on the codes, are neat in appearance and clean on the job.
Do you service a certain area?
We service all of central Texas. From Giddings to Brady, Waco to San Antonio, if you have trouble we will come to fix it.
